Returns
Returns and Exchanges are NOT accepted as these are custom made products.

Refunds
Refunds will be granted only within 24 hours of completing the purchase if an error was made. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately live sale, clearance and daily deal items are non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange a sign if you change your mind within 24 hours after completing your purchase. Contact jen@magnolia-signs.com for exchange info.
